You will be responsible to Lead & Manage the RPA Development & BOT Maintenance projects and other emerging cross technology related use case from requirements, feasibility study, ROI, technical design and implementation of Small, Medium to Complex robotic process automation use cases across the Finance domain. Desired candidate will have experience with Robotic Process Automation.

  • Help & partner with front door & plan getting the yearly/month-over-month roadmap & delivery plan of use cases established for each LOB.
  • Work, Coordinate, Lead & Manage across all finance domains (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, B2C, Tax & many other.), and Supply Chain & HR related use cases.
  • Lead, Coordinate & Manage through the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle) from Concept to Deployment & post deployment on architectural issues, cross technology issues (RPA,NLP, NLG), design issues, security and ultimately.
  • Collaborate & Lead, Manage those use cases of complex nature across the Emerging technology and touching multiple systems and ability to work independently, get the use cases prioritized by aligning with business & IT systems stake holders
  • Collaborate with Platform/Infrastructure, EIAM (Enterprise Identity Access Management), Messaging, Google Team Drive Team, IT Security & Legal to bring the solutions that are in VZ compliance and may be needed to implement the uses cases that are of complex nature specially that involves multiple systems, unstructured data, mainframe systems, PDF, OCR and several other. Guide the junior RPA developers on those complex use cases during the design on those complex nature on solutions that are in VZ compliance according to our IT Security Standards technologically.
  • Design & develop a mechanism to monitor, report the BOT performance and work across the finance domains to get the BOT utilization close to 100%.
  • Guide junior RPA Developers through the RDLC process. Design, develop and configure robotic process automations per business process and requirements documentation.
  • Ensure quality of code by performing Code Reviews and thorough testing. Schedule and run RPA processes to ensure stability of production environment.
  • Lead cross functional teams to try new ideas with leading RPA technology to bring solutions to the table. Create RPA solution design documentation aligning with business requirements and stakeholders.
  • Develop reusable components, scripts and framework for efficiency. Facilitate and do the code reviews of the BOTs developed by Developers in the team & across the RPA Developer community.
  • Provide the architecture support in analyzing the Design Documents created by developers and provide platform & security related solutions.
  • Develop & Comply with and help to enforce governance, Development standards, policies and procedures around BOTs, Metabots & Framework.
  • Deliver business case, ROI, requirements, and prioritization in conjunction with the business
  • Work towards risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • Partner with Infrastructure team and establish SLAs on performance, capacity and Audit logs
  • Proactively Communicating status report and critical issues to their manager.
  • Collaborate across the emerging tech team within finance and with the broader emerging technology communities of practice across GTS. Be able to evaluate a use case as appropriate for robotic process automation. Be able to access and articulate accurate levels of effort to provide data for planning.

What we’re looking for...

This person should have the ability to understand business and technical impact and articulate issues / risks and recommend solutions and resolution to other peer Leads and RPA Developers.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in RPA/Bot Development & BOT maintenance experience
  • Experience with one or many coding languages such as C#, Python, ASP.Net, PL/SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, Excel, SOAP / REST Services.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant.
  • Certified Automation Anywhere Professional.
  • Six or more years of overall application Development work experience – Design, Development, Coding and Debugging.
  • Three or more years of experience with Agile and DevSecOps CI/CD concepts and tools. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, AWS Cloud.
  • Experience in Agile project facilitation, delivery, Scrum role, as well as SDLC/RDLC.
  • Ability to work with the Application Owners and Business Analysts to identify and understand the processes for RPA use cases and get produced the Process Definition/Design Documents (PDD’s) and get prioritized by aligning with business.
  • Ability to coordinate, facilitate, lead, manage the work stream for a particular LOB and work with IT Security & Legal team to get use cases reviewed and approved.
  • Ability to work with business users on analyzing and automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and/or support solutions using RPA.
  • Ability to drive innovation, take risks and learn from failure and strive to always continue to perfect the Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC) process.
  • Ability to Lead & manage the peers and proven ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and experience deploying solutions with tools such as Automation Anywhere and also touching other emerging technologies such as NLG, NLP, Chatbots & cognitive technologies.
  • Collaborate amongst various functional teams with in LOB and across Finance, SCM & HR and with analysts and architects of IT systems.
  • Flexibility and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems and promote standardization - taking into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Support the training of RPA CoE best practices, standards, framework to teams participating in Bot development.
  • Experience having worked with Onshore & Offshore teams of 10+ resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to interact with team members and internal/external customers or 3rd party vendors.
  • Ability to work in different time zone with onshore & offshore.
  • Strong conflict resolution skill to handle complex BOTs.
  • Experience to other digital Disrupter technologies such as NLG, NLP, Chatbots & cognitive technology and concepts.
