What you’ll be doing...

You will work closely with the Client Engagement Manager and serve as a point person to guide decision making for learning programs supporting the Global Network and Technology team. You will provide thought leadership and expertise by partnering with stakeholders on assessment and delivery as appropriate. Additionally, you will manage key business relationships with stakeholders by collaborating effectively with technical business leaders and functional teams to identify performance gaps and technical training needs. You will also identify opportunities to evolve existing technical programs by leveraging progressive thinking and best practices. You will assist in managing the design, development and implementation of effective learning programs with our internal development studios and third party vendors. Plus, you will conduct analysis to measure and evaluate the learning effectiveness and business impact of our training programs and processes.

  • Consults with the Department directors, managers and employees to identify performance gaps and technical training needs.
  • Manages the coordination, communication and promotion of external technical training classes and programs.
  • Assists with technical training projects and programs for national rollouts and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Provides support for all training via the Learning Portal 2.0 and promotes best learning options.
  • Measures and evaluates the learning effectiveness of training projects and programs.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in design and delivery of employee training.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System or similar tool for data capture, tracking and analysis.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
  • Experience in measuring and evaluating learning effectiveness.
  • Experience working and building relationships with vendors/third party providers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall team success.
