As our Senior Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our marketing campaigns and using strategic thinking to provide recommendations and key insights on results and new initiatives. This position is essential to the success of our Marketing efforts across all partners including the ability to assist with forecasting our monthly goals by developing predictive models to understand customer behavior. You will be responsible for owning the relationships with campaign managers across OEM programs to gather requirements for various test/learn, loyalty, acquisition, and retention plans. You will be responsible for owning the integration of Adobe and the build/deployment of our reporting tool by becoming the SME on the overall architecture view of our data and systems. You will also work cross functionally with internal and external teams including marketing managers, IT, product, operations, and call centers for ad hoc, executive, and legal analytic requests.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Accounting, Finance or related field or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of industry experience.
  • Experience in data modeling and analysis with sales and marketing programs.
  • Experience utilizing database query and reporting tools.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in an applicable field.
  • Demonstrated experience conceiving and implementing custom research requests; experience at a consumer service-based company and some financial background and marketing experience.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a solid business foundation (especially in the marketing area); expert level with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team initiatives and multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of the critical success factors and variables that serve as inputs to a sales and marketing campaigns including take rates, order amount and retention ratios.
  • Experience with subscription-based businesses.
  • Expertise with SAS and/or SPSS.
  • Ability to handle multiple internal and external customers' requests and resources with differing data needs and be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
