What you’ll be doing...

You’ll ensure that all is running smoothly in the office. You will ensure that we manage our project commitments and organize our work in a way that creates timely, and effective solutions for our customers. No day will be the same as you coordinate projects, do research, create reports and work with outside vendors and contractors. Your role is key to the daily work of the departments you support running smoothly and effectively.

  • Onboarding new team members including Employees, T&M Contractors and SOW Contractors.
  • Finding new ways to increase office efficiency and better ways to support the team.
  • Working on department projects including compiling and analyzing data, creating reports and managing policies and procedures.
  • Providing office support.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
  • The Sr. Analyst role is responsible for coordinating, assisting with and ensuring office efficiency for the Fiber Access Engineering organization through high-level support that requires the exercise of discretion, judgment, and negotiation.
  • Responsible for creating, revising, and disseminating reports and documents in various software programs.
  • Compiles and/or summarizes information from other departments to prepare reports, letters or charts.
  • Processes department related invoices and expense reports as needed. Coordinates follow-up on action items and reports according to time sensitive deadlines.

You’ll need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Two or more years of office/onboarding experience/recruiting experience
  • Experience in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Managed multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, organized and forward looking planning capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills utilized to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the activities and teams being supported
  • Team player and ability to influence a positive work environment.
  • Oral, verbal, data analysis and presentation skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and coordinating systems.
  • Ability to work as part of a support staff in a technical office environment.
  • Knowledge of network software applications including Concur, Outlook and WEBEX.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize the assignments as needed and when required.
  • Ability to work well independently.
