What you’ll be doing...

Working in our Customer Operations department you will be ensuring the best customer experience and service level in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Your daily activities will cover dealing with basic and advanced complexity of technical support cases related to products and services offered by Verizon Connect.

  • Serve as technical customer support expert while dealing with basic and advanced complexity matters related to SaaS fleet management products and solutions.
  • Handle incoming external and internal calls and emails from customers, other departments as well as vendors by raising, investigating (troubleshooting) and escalating cases with end-to-end accountability.
  • Identify customer concerns and issues, be accountable for it and take necessary actions for achieving fastest possible resolution and assuring highest customer satisfaction level.
  • Actively cooperate with other departments and stakeholders in global organization while dealing with assigned matters and self-identified opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal and external technical projects as well as product and features launches.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Italian.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Technical ICT background/knowledge.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Well-developed time management and prioritization skills.
  • Structured "can-do" approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Methodical and conscientious documentation skills.
  • Willingness to develop areas of opportunities.
