What you’ll be doing...

As a Sales Supervisor in our Business, Consumer and Mass Markets division, you’ll be leading and inspiring a team of consultants to sell game-changing technology solutions in a call center. Verizon is evolving, and you will play a highly visible role in our future success building sales and retaining customers.

  • Manage a team of ten or more consultants.
  • Motivate your team to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Lead your team to maximize sales opportunities and hit targets.
  • Review and analyze call center reports.
  • Provide regular feedback, identify coaching opportunities and manage the team’s progress.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of internet concepts, such as data speeds, popular consumer apps and over-the-top (OTT) applications.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales support/customer service call center environment.
  • Experience effectively coaching and developing employees in a sales environment providing skills, support and motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
