What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a senior Support Operations personnel for our .NET based Ordering management application that plays a vital role in the Verizon consumer and business markets.You will be responsible for support activities for Voice Operations, work on fallouts to resolve customer issues, be a liaison with development teams to help deliver best in class customer experience. You will be working on operational activities to resolve customer issues by coordinating with multiple teams, use the functional expertise gained on this application. This role also involves deep understanding on the application and heavy day to day operations activities that we would be looking for you to Support.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist the customer care Representatives to support the ordering functionality.

WIll provide understanding of the general service order life cycle which includes of order types; order flows to and from provisioning, billing, fulfillment etc.

Identifying issues and swiftly bringing those issues to development teams, then testing fixes.

Trouble shooting: Provide assistence to work center support personnel for all types of errors occurring on service orders.

Work with different teams to identify issues when interfacing with these applications. Knowledge of interpreting XML/Data from these records.

Identify patterns, automate by partnering with offshore counterparts and manage efficiently.

Supports one or more application/ projects end-to-end and have smooth releases.

Demonstrates ability to coordinate assignments with other teams and adhere to SLA process

Tracks/ monitors and delivers issues across the portfolios and maintain JIRA dashboard

Work on onshore\offshore model, collaborate with offshore and drive the projects\issues.

Organize and manage multiple priorities

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints with ability to use IT applications and follow documentation

Even better if you have

  • A degree
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with users and developers to discuss system requirements and resolve issues.
  • Must have ability to quickly understand the application functionality preferably .NET based applications.
  • Must have deep understanding of using IT Applications and follow documentation.
  • Well-versed with Telecom industry, OSS stack (Order Management, Billing functions).
  • Ability to work on an Agile and dynamic work environment.
