What you’ll be doing...

You will support the creation and implementation of routing/feature changes for toll free and VoIP Inbound Local Origination service for small, medium, and large customers. You will also support toll free porting gains and losses for wholesale and retail numbers for Verizon customers and carriers. This work includes managing MACD tickets, phone calls, and email requests. Team interacts daily with customers, inbound service teams, operations groups, carrier partners, and sales groups.

  • Decision making and analytical skills are critical and must work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders in the successful execution of projects, changes and/or migrations across SIP/TDM technologies.
  • Completing customer requests and projects with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Providing support for customers, vendors, carriers and internal/external personnel/organizations.
  • Keep up with technology changes and demonstrate willingness to expand knowledge and skill sets.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of customer support experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in toll free routing.
  • One or more years of experience in a voice technical support environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
