What you’ll be doing...

The work you’ll be doing will support multiple business critical applications within the provisioning domains. You and your team will provide applications support and deliver reliable and efficient systems-related solutions. The projects you manage will improve the applications used by your colleagues every day to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Adjusting projects to adapt to changing requirements and involving IT resources from other areas.
  • Managing project budgets and adjusting project plans to meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring projects are staffed effectively and follow appropriate systems life cycles.
  • Developing and leading project status updates with client groups and IT teams.
  • Leading, developing and bringing out the best in your team.
  • Functional and Integration Testing.
  • Responsible for driving Quality Assurance across the consumer applications and provide a flawless experience on the channel of engagement for our customers.
  • Lead a team of quality and production support engineers by setting the higher gear for the team in terms of automation, domain expertise and end to end ownership.
  • Responsible and lead Agile, Operating Model and other processes. Bring in new ideas and strategies to engage the entire organization on the processes.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with the peer domains to ensure the needs of the business are taken care of.
  • Develop existing and build the teams with knowledge in the business domains to take up end to end ownership.
  • Assess the industry for latest in technology, practices and process to bring in speed, efficiency and innovation to the deliverables.
  • Responsible for increasing Customer Engagement on Digital Channels and enable customer advocacy with rep systems.
  • Responsible for acquiring, developing, retaining talent that would be building the next generation platforms on emerging tech.
  • Constantly Monitor and Present reports defining problems and solutions project progress to all stake holders including Senior Management.
  • Knowledge on the key metrics that underscores business success and focus on customer experience.
  • Knowledge on program and portfolio goals and set clear objectives direction and communication for teams to execute and drive results.
  • Independently lead large programs, manage risks and challenges and establish clear success criteria.
  • Set high quality standards on delivery and lead the focus on customer experience.
  • Work in cross functional team setting and collaborate with the spirit of purpose driven shared ownership.
  • Evaluate product and software for their merits and suitability to build technology solution.
  • Expected to automate systems and process with built in control and governance for efficiency and operational excellence.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with JAVA, SQL, XML, C++.
  • Knowledge of business: sales, pricing models, marketing and has experience on telecom customer service, CRM operations, Point of Sales (POS).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience managing global resources.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) license.
  • Experience leading a technical team.
  • Strong knowledge on customer experience measure.
  • Ability to anticipate change to adopt to dynamic business strategy execution and re-adjust the plan of execution to achieve the results.
  • Experience in product and technology evaluation for their strength given the context of business requirements.
  • Experience in working with large teams and demonstrated capability of building and leading highly motivated teams.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated collaboration with support team and partners to achieve shared success through teamwork.
  • Strong knowledge on Project Management(tools and methods) and had prior experience in leading teams using waterfall and agile models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be an approachable leader.
  • Strong Problem solving skills.
  • Experience in managing large enterprise onshore/offshore delivery model from inception to production and delivered quality products into production.
  • Demonstrated results on stakeholder management in a global set up and matrix reporting.
