What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager with a passion for delivering a seamless experience to customers who rely on their phones and mobile service for everyday needs. In this individual contributor role, you will drive go-to-market strategy for mobile devices at Visible, inclusive of ongoing oversight of all pricing and promotions. You are adept at working in fast-moving cross functional teams to drive successful outcomes for the business. You bring a multidisciplinary background with an emphasis on product marketing and ecommerce. Prior experience working in telecommunications or consumer electronics, especially with mobile devices, is a plus.

Your Role at Visible (a.k.a. responsibilities)

Your primary responsibilities include driving member acquisition and retention through the implementation of sound e-commerce strategy:

  • Partner with a cross-functional team dedicated to shaping Visible’s device portfolio

  • Collaborate with OEMs to understand key product benefits, translating that information for easy consumption by members

  • Establish go-to-market strategies for each and every device that’s sold by Visible, rallying the entire Marketing organization and our agency partners around each launch

  • Set promotions strategy for devices, managing a promotions calendar and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution

  • Monitor the marketplace and take pricing action to remain competitive with other carriers

  • Work with the Product team to optimize the e-commerce experience, making it simple for members to purchase via the website and activate their new device post-purchase

  • Help members get the most out of their Visible service by making the latest technology easily accessible via Visible’s trade-in, upgrade, and Swap programs

What we’re looking for...

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience with increasing responsibilities in e-commerce, consumer electronics, and/or telecommunications

  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive device launch, pricing, and promotions strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of the mobile device marketplace - keeping tabs on the latest device releases from major OEMs, as well as new device features that will significantly impact our members’ relationships with their phones

  • Proven experience successfully building, launching, and scaling e-commerce products

  • Combination of strategic product marketing mind and hands-on tactical execution

  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
