What you’ll be doing...

The Executive End-User will provide support for the Executives and their Assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 desktop support.
  • Provide technical support for mobile devices and associated operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Manage all aspects of problem resolution for End-Users; this includes but not limited to driving the resolution from IT Support teams, cross functional organizations, and external Vendors.
  • Perform proactive maintenance of Desktops/Laptops and Handheld devices/tablets.
  • Manage local projects, customer escalation, and other customer deliverables.
  • Provide out-of-hours support as part of an on-call rotation in order to provide 24/7 support to the Executives.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Five or more years’ experience of Windows Desktop Support and configuration.
  • Windows10 and MAC OS troubleshooting skills.
  • Troubleshooting and knowledge of handheld devices (Android, Apple iOS).
  • Knowledge and concept of Local Area Network, Routers, WiFi Network, TCP/IP protocol, VPN, and desktop encryption.
  • Knowledge of principles, theories, concepts of various technology platforms including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, RSA/Universal ID, VPN, DUO, WiFi, and FIOS.
  • Knowledge and experience documenting processes and procedures.
  • Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with customers at varying levels of management.
  • Ability to take a lead contributor role on enterprise wide projects, with ability to take ownership of key elements of the projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Verizon software and support tools (e.g...AYS, Bitlocker).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent customer support skills.
  • Ability to act independently with routine checkpoints/status updates to Management personnel on associated projects.
