What you’ll be doing...

The FL Network PMO team is responsible for the overall management of the cell build and capital budget across the FL sub-market. This position will be part of a blended team with responsibilities across a wide variety of disciplines. The qualified individual will own the program management and data analysis/reporting responsibilities pertaining to either the new cell build or existing cell modification programs. As an integral part of the team, you will work with functional teams across the sub-market and territory to ensure the appropriate priority is being applied to the projects within the build program.


  • Ensure the build program(s) are optimized to address the projects with the most need.
  • Validate the build plan is synchronized with the capital budget.
  • Utilize a diverse suite of tools to audit progress across functional groups.
  • Build and automate reporting to show the status projects within the build program.
  • Escalate and resolve issues brought to the attention of the team to keep projects and forecasted capital spend on track.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of work experience managing large data sets.
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience managing projects.
  • Experience in traffic modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in RF Design, Traffic Engineering, or Network Performance.
  • Experience with data visualization techniques and software such as Tableau, ArcGIS, or MapInfo.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science or in a related field.
  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience managing projects.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience working with databases to query and store data.
  • Experience using software based PM tools to track and provide status on projects (SiteTraker & Siterra).
  • Background in scripting, programming, or task automation
  • Capability of adapting to changes internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis across separate large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a diverse team.
