What you’ll be doing...

You will sit at the intersection of Business, Technology and Customer Experience for Virtual Communications Express. As a VCE Product Manager you will tasked with driving VCE product positioning, launching product enhancements, managing the VCE Government platform and driving Operations improvements that make VCE faster and easier to quote, order, and implement.

  • Assure winning value propositions and customer experience for VCE product enhancements; be the Voice of the Customer.

  • Define/drive product positioning for rationalized portfolio in VES and VBM channels

  • Define pricing strategy and promo actions with pricing team to maximize profitability and revenue

  • Create Go-to-market plans and manage post-launch activities to ensure the revenue forecast is achieved.

  • Define and develop new VCE features and capabilities that drive incremental revenue

  • Analyse customer needs in various market segments and competitors to define product enhancements and roadmap requirements

  • Sponsor and drive the product enhancements efficiently through the development process in combination with Agile IT development.Define, prioritize and implement User Stories and implement product development.

  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams across the company and globe to implement the requirements and processes facilitating product sales through all channels and creating an excellent Customer Experience

  • Launch and life cycle manage the VCE EIS government platform. Define and develop required product/processes

  • Interface with Operations and IT teams to Identify, define, assess, and implement process and systems development changes required drive market share, revenue, and margin performance.

  • Ensure planned developments are launched on time and within budget.

  • Measure, track, and assess performance results. Manage the product’s life cycle.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • New product development and management experience with business services with demonstrated success in launching products and/or enhancements in a fast paced business environment.

  • Proven ability to drive and influence cross-functional teams without having a formal reporting relationship. Experience working with multi-disciplined teams

  • Experience in building solutions with and through Partners. Experience in the Federal market is a plus

  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills; able to think outside the box.

  • Excellent relationship management skills; Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization and with external partners.

  • Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
