What you’ll be doing...

This position will be responsible for directing daily operational asset disposal requests and help desk issues for Network and IT teams. You will be responsible for planning the flow of returned equipment via internal/external tools, databases, and emails. You will ensure that the equipment generates the most revenue and margin for Investment Recovery.

In addition this individual will also manage asset disposal vendors and programs. You will ensure activities will include creation of agendas for internal and external meetings, lead internal and external status meetings, capture and distribute meeting minutes, assign action items to appropriate stakeholders, facilitate technical discussions as need, create and manage project plans, and manage resource availability. You will ensure they meet all contractual obligations including proper data destruction/wiping and recycling through downstream partners.

  • Training, guiding and supporting downstream teams and others as needed.
  • Performing audits in compliance with our programs.
  • Identifying operational inefficiencies and developing solutions.
  • Support all sustainability and social responsibility initiatives that impact Investment Recovery
  • This individual is expected to seek out process improvements and best practices that can be leveraged to drive efficiency across the value chain.
  • You will spearhead digitize Supply Chain initiatives that deliver business transformational benefit to the business.
  • Address expedites and escalations.
  • Utilizing company assets in lieu of buying new equipment in order to achieve cost avoidance objectives.
  • Engaging with multiple teams across multiple organizations as needed to address and Order Coordination Tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Building collaborative relationships by providing partnership and communication, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal teams.
  • Resolving problems while developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and enhanced operational efficiencies and establishing plans for implementation.
  • Actively managing multiple time-sensitive requests, and effectively interfacing with all levels of management while supporting enhancements to the overall process.
  • Tracking delivery service levels and delivering expectations set forth by internal customers and partners.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of ERP and planning systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, CATS, etc.).
  • Experience with G Suite Applications including Gmail, My Drive, Sheets and Docs.
  • Inventory/Asset Management experience.
  • Worked in a team environment.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Worked on cross functional teams to deliver results.
  • Experience generating reports.
  • Ability to engage and influence collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
