What you’ll be doing...

As our Manager of Sales Operations, Executive Support and Project Management, you will be responsible for the execution, coordination and general support for the Sales Operations team and the VP of Sales for Wireless Large Enterprise. You will coordinate information and efforts from across the Large Enterprise sales operations team and peer groups including Finance, Business Government Customer Operations (BGCO), Contracts, Digital Portal and Business Market teams.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Large Enterprise wireless sales ops project governance process.
  • Project manage all communications (readiness meetings/materials, status updates, weekly reports, executive level forums, etc.).
  • Lead the development of all executive meeting materials and presentations including weekly leadership meeting materials, Operation Reviews, Webcasts, All Hands, etc.
  • Gather/decipher information from multiple organizations to create engaging, visually appealing, and concise executive level presentations and summaries.
  • Lead cross-functional calls with area, channel, SME, and leadership contacts.
  • Create Action registers from leadership meetings and Ops Reviews and follow up to ensure closure.

In addition, you will influence and contribute to a variety of other important assignments within the overall organization.

  • Compile Director/VP level materials / status reports for projects (some that may be confidential in nature).
  • Work with multiple departments simultaneously to generate statistics, graphs, initiatives, and other information as needed to aid in the creation of slides needed for presentations and strategy reviews.
  • Fact check statistics, dates and other relevant data; Manage revisions through multiple versions and modifications.
  • Seek out process improvements and best practices that can be leveraged to drive efficiency, researching concepts, presenting recommendations and overseeing implementation..
  • Independently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously including assignments that require strict deadlines.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing, business analysis, or sales/sales operations.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in sales operations.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.
  • Prepared presentations and visual data displays for sales key performance indicators.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, delivering quality results under significant time constraints and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills.
