What you’ll be doing...

Sales Enablement is focused on the International Sales Vision and develops and executes programs to support that Vision. This happens in close collaboration with all key stake holders in International Sales and Sales Operations. This role is open to be based on any of the Asia Pacific countries.

The aim is to increase sales effectivesness across allo product towers and shorten the sales cycles. Every sales rep should have the requied skills, knowledge and process expertise toa chive their respective target. This position is focused on supporting this vision.

Principal Job Responsibilites:

  • The Regional Sales Enablement Manager develops and orchestrate sales enablement programs that drive the funnel creations, sales booking and revenue growth. Those programs maybe focused on APAC or EMEA and APAC.
  • This includes the prioritization of sales enablement acitvities in colloborations with the initiative owner whereby all initiatives should support the cross functional alignment concept and contirbute to transparent Sales communication.
  • Part of the role is to establish an outcome oriented way of working that includes the development and maintencance of international Sales Enablement dashboards (with measured sucess/scorecards). Foundatonal for this part of role is an effective way of collaborating with initiative owners.
  • The Sales Enablement Manager is repsonsible to establish and execute an efficient APAC Sales Communication strategy in line with the International Sales communication strategy.
  • It is required to partner with Marketing, Product teams, Sales representatives and other key functions for the development, management and execusition of internal sales programs.
  • The regular productions of executive presentations as well as the contribution to OR preparation for the International GVP are required.
  • Sales enablement is a highly flexible area and has to adjust to new Sales need fast. Therefore new focus areas may come up and have to be supported in the required way in close alignment with the Global/International Sales Operations Leadership (e.g. Executive Engagement).

What we’re looking for...

Youll need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Business, sales, sales operations support experience in an IT environment.
