What you’ll be doing...

  • Manage all operations of Corporate Operations Center approximately one million five hundred thousand dollars SF including building maintenance, asset management, infrastructure systems, MEP systems, utilities, sustainability, energy management, and third party vendor management
  • Create an annual business plan to include projected capital expenditures, contracting, operating and energy costs, personnel, and departmental budgets
  • Develop and deploy a transformational cost reduction strategy that will result in year-over-year savings, as well as overall asset optimization and quality improvements
  • Identify, prioritize and plan improvements that align with the execution of strategic consolidations, enhanced work environments, and other customized work solutions
  • Partner with global service providers applying integrated vendor management methodologies
  • Provide vendor management of third party providers in an outsourced management model
  • Partner with key business units including hospitality services to ensure fluid operation at key corporate site
  • Participate in the planning, design, engineering and construction of buildings as well as sophisticated building infrastructures and systems.
  • Relationship management among various stakeholders to include executives, internal/external customers, third party vendors
  • Operational and escalation management of crisis/emergency events

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in facility managementor related field.
  • Business or facilities management-related certification.
  • Ten or more years of progressive and interdisciplinary real estate experience.
  • Experience in leading transformational cost rationalization, asset management, and outsourcing strategies through integrated vendor management.
  • Highly analytical; financially astute; quantitatively capable.
  • Ability to envisage problems or challenges from differing perspectives, and identify innovative solutions, or creative means to achieve the desired outcome.
