You will be driving DevOps and cloud strategy while supporting all the applications for portfolio. Providing system support for PeopleSoft, Time, Absence, Payroll, Safety, BCP, Severance, Search, Chatbot, TradeIn, learning, staffing, corporate web, media and NSI hosting platforms. We’re constantly developing industry-changing technology, and you’ll play a key role in keeping us on the cutting edge.

  • Overseeing software upgrades and system support across IT applications.
  • Directing the strategic roadmap, cloud migration, production support management, and compliance with CPI-810.
  • Initiating and assessing opportunities and challenges to scale infrastructure services based on usage, business forecast and requirements.
  • Ensuring that IT and security needs are up and running for the systems suite.
  • Performing technical evaluations of third party software tools, including ongoing vendor management and financial management.
  • Enhancing business processes by being an active business partner – generating ideas and solutions.
  • Motivating, coaching and developing team to maximize productivity and promote professional development.

  • · Operate both as a leader driving thought leadership and remain at forefront of the new and emerging trends in the Telecom/Network domain.
  • · Manages multiple teams with high levels of complexity and handles general management responsibilities supporting multiple executives of the Network & Technology org.
  • · Works across Executive teams and may also interact with clients directly when managing large programs.
  • · Will be part of the Leadership team driving organizational performance and operational procedures/framework.
  • · Able to lead and prepare business cases and establish strong client relationship.
  • · Applies excellent business knowledge and experience in handling capacity and resources.
  • · Sets direction for teams and Develops talent.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Leadership experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with DevOps, Cloud and Robotics.
  • Experience with AWS and Oracle cloud services.
  • Experience with Virtualization and CloudFoundry.
  • Experience with Databases like MySql, Oracle, Aurora and MangoDB.
  • Experience with Splunk and Elk stack.
  • Strong, demonstrated skills in implementing technology to achieve business objectives.
  • In-depth technology knowledge for functional area, ideally within telecommunications environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business systems and processes, especially industry “best practices”.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to lead at the enterprise level.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education with min 12+yrs of experience
  • · Excellent leadership and general management skills and experience in handling deep technical teams.
  • Has good telcom/networking knowledge. Including large scale IP networks, OSI Layers and technical knowledge of EMS/NMS will be an advantage.
  • · Exposure to Network Operations and Engineering and providing solutions to these areas via software is required
  • · Experience in the networking concepts like SDN/NFV, IoT, Cloud, CDNs etc will be an advantage (Preferably working experience in these areas).
  • · Exposure to Open Source forums like ONAP, ONF and ODL is important. Deep understanding of the changing landscape of the networking area will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts and exposure agile/DevOps model is a must.
  • Adept in managing relationships & the ability to work across cross cultural teams
