What you’ll be doing...

This Senior Manager position will provide strategic direction and tactical leadership for all functional areas within Workforce Management to initiate, implement, and effectively manage advanced workforce planning and optimization practices for the organization. This role will maximize resources and service performance outcomes across multiple operational and business units. This position has primary leadership responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and execution of our staffing requirements.

  • Accountable for the effective management of the operations, development, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators in order to measure operational performance; oversee all efforts to improve performance.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with the senior leaders across our business units to understand the current needs and long term strategy; leads the design and implementation of Workforce Management in alignment with short and long term business goals.
  • Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate Supervisory Responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of departmental budget.
  • Responsible for leading a team through teaching, coaching and inspiring by fostering a sense of energy, ownership and a responsibility for the flawless execution of operational excellence; engage in the selection and hiring process as needed.

As a professional, you can design, maintain and control reporting templates, systems and processes. You’re an individual that can support multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner and a strong leader who can negotiate across functional boundaries and resolve them in a timely manner.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of leadership experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related areas of study.
  • Six or more years of work experience in workforce management, operations and/or analytics.
  • Advanced skills in forecast development/modeling.
  • Experience in working directly in Call Center and Back office operations.
  • Critical thinking skills and project management experience.
