What you’ll be doing...

As a Client Executive you will play key role within our Global Accounts Team identifying, qualifying, creating and closing opportunities within nominated accounts, whilst managing revenue business and maintaining key relationships. You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by addressing business problems and identifying opportunities with a business outcomes mindset. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as the premier business partner within our Global Accounts customer base.

In this role you will:

  • Build and demonstrate market and industry awareness to ensure you can hold consultative discussions with our customers around digital transformation.
  • Develop deep relationships with your customers while getting to know their businesses, markets, and the challenges they face.
  • Craft, position and pitch creative solutions relevant to our customers, and demonstrate how Verizon's solutions can enhance their business.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value of Verizon solutions to our customers.
  • Build and manage a sales pipelines within nominated accounts that will enable you to achieve / exceed booking targets
  • Manage sales activities and forecasting.
  • Managing client and internal expectations
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners from sale through implementation.

You’ll need to have:

  • Drive to succeed with a hunter mentality. You have a solid track record of identifying and closing business opportunities within.
  • High levels of persuasion up to C-level.
  • The ability to be comfortableopening up consultative digital transformation conversations with your prospects.
  • The ability to effectively manage relationships and revenue whilst growing the business
  • A winning attitude and purposefuldemeanour

Even better if you have:

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of technology sales in the context of advanced networking, unified communications and security.
  • Understand how big data, AI and virtualised infrastructures can change customers business models
  • Be able to navigate and grasp the complexity of selling into multinational customers.
  • Experience balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Be accustomed to build good internal working relationships in a complex matrix environment.
