What you’ll be doing...

This senior delivery lead position in the IT Corporate Systems group will drive innovation, profitability, revenue, and business growth opportunities by planning, managing and delivering concurrent multi-year large scale transformation initiatives. You will partner with enterprise wide stakeholders, strategic vendors and delivery teams across multiple transformation initiatives. The position provides critical support by representing senior leadership interests in strategic business transformation initiatives and act as enabler to deliver success. You will be a creative problem solver of people, process and technology issues. Transformation initiatives will include, but not limited to, 1ERP, One Planning and One Sourcing.

Leading multiple transformations, you will be an expert managing a scrum of scrums. You will have the leadership, influence and organizational awareness to deliver foundational, customer and shareholder objectives. You will be intensely involved in ensuring design, build and implementation of multiple work streams are delivered on time. You will ensure solutions or milestones are aligned with complex dependencies and mitigation plans are formed where needed. You will define the problem and build solution consensus across multiple teams, including executive stakeholder building. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to statement of work development, training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

Specifics include:

  • Independent decision making for multiple project delivery initiatives.
  • Lead Company-level, cross-functional process re-engineering involving enterprise systems and platform.
  • Track budgets, capitalization, and project spend.
  • Negotiate statement of work and deliverables.
  • Oversee demand and capacity management.
  • Oversee all managed service related activities worldwide and across delivery organizations.
  • Prepare content and agenda for executive operation reviews, project reviews or equivalent.
  • Regular and proactive customer communications to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily.
  • Oversee transition and transformation planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management.
  • Oversee requirements, costs, deliverables and contract performance related to the project.
  • Define and manage project activities to meet corporate goals for financial performance.
  • Develop, Plan and Manage deliverables.
  • All processes are documented and efficiently working for the project.
  • Participate and oversee that all relevant governance meetings are held within contract framework.
  • Maintain and publish executive status for all projects in progress.
  • Solve complex problems through creativity, precision and influence.
  • Manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelors or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of related work experience.
  • Project delivery experience for large scale transformation initiatives.
  • Manage scrum of scrums or related experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience aligning teams, internal and external, to commit to deliver leveraging technical/process knowledge, people skills, soft skills and organizational awareness.
  • Experience with IT Managed Services.
  • Experience working in a global work matrix experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification(s).
  • Experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of demand and capacity management tools such as Clarity.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Security, Audit, Controls and Compliance.
  • Knowledge of application maintenance or operations best practices and SLAs.
  • Possess critical thinking, organizational, research, and oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience holding Grooming sessions, facilitating Sprint Planning, Holding Daily touch point calls, Facilitating Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Experience measuring project timeline, cost and benefits. Report executive project status to stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills & capabilities for large organizations.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and the corresponding ability to quickly provide sound decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage large budgets with financial acumen to forecast and capture actuals
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams. Be able to adapt and align with changing or new priorities.
  • Key contributor to senior leadership to build strategic and technical roadmap. Act as a sounding board, facilitator and enabler.
