What you’ll be doing...

As a part of the Information Technology team, you’ll design and develop improvements to our customer care applications, like our Wireless Customer Communications platform. You’ll also work across the business to vet and deliver small to medium sized technology projects. The improvements that you recommend and implement will have a major impact on customer satisfaction, which will help improve our business and grow our customer base.

  • Collaborating with IT and business teams on projects.
  • Troubleshooting issues within customer care applications.
  • Supporting code and configuration updates.
  • Evaluating proposals to make sure they’re technically sound.
  • Supporting the implementation of upgrades and new applications.

Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code in React/Angular/Jquery and Spring
Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
Ensuring designs comply with specifications
Preparing and producing releases of software components
Transforming requirements into stipulations and continuous improvement
Designing, implementing, and maintaining applications that are often high-volume and low-latency
Delivering high availability and performance

Expected Skills :

.- Web UI full stack developer - With 3 - 5 years ReactJS, Angular(1.6, 4 preferred) with Java
- HTML5/CSS 3/Responsive design
- Java/J2EE and Spring(MVC/REST)
- Data exchange through REST APIs/Ajax Web services
- Agile based development
- Web security (OWASP)
- Jasmine/Karma or similar unit test frameworks.
- Basic RDBMS knowledge

  • Basic understanding of computing software, hardware and networking infrastructure.

Desired Skills:

- Compiled CSS, such as SCSS and TypeScript.
- Asynchronous Web Design Patterns.
- Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash.
- Open-source database technologies Cassandra, Redis, Postgres.
- Working knowledge on DevOps - GITHub, Confluence and JIRA tools.
- AWS Cloud and Jenkins
- Security tools like Fortify/WebInspect/Prevoty/Twistlock
