What you’ll be doing...

The Verizon Voice of Employee team is responsible for gathering, reporting on, and actioning feedback from our frontline employees primarily via the Your Voice Matters program. Through this program and others, we interact with employees from retail, indirect, telesales, and customer service and ask them to weigh in on a whole host of topics: from pricing plans to systems and policies, from Verizon 2.0 to 5G. We then turn their suggestions into actionable solutions that can be executed by the larger organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the social media advocate for the Your Voice Matters (YVM) program, promoting the value of YVM, and employee feedback generally, within Verizon.
  • Assist in developing/executing two new concepts to gather employee insights, help implement real-time changes to tactical problems, and uncover transformational ideas for delivering best in class customer service.
  • Act as the general repository of insights and drive short term awareness and long term incorporation into systems of engagement platforms.
  • Engaged in elevating the Your Voice Matters program as a listening post to drive customer experience optimization, engagement, and transformation.
  • Responsible for project evaluation and employee research while showcasing an understanding of customer and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, channel leads, and frontline partners to gather, track, highlight and implement employee insights to transform the rep/customer interaction and promote a best in class customer experience.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better to have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related discipline.
  • Retail or customer facing experience.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced and highly interactive environment.
  • Experience in MS Office and Google Suite.
