What you’ll be doing...

As the Marketing Insights Manager, you will gather data from internal and external focus groups, customer surveys, interviews and workshops to help our leadership teams make the best data-driven decisions. Through collaborating with stakeholders, you will identify what data is needed to support the business and deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses. The data you gather will be turned into strategic and tactical recommendations that will drive business decisions and actions.

  • Understanding business challenges and identifying what questions need to be answered.
  • Designing research to answer business questions.
  • Analyzing data, uncovering insights, and making recommendations.
  • Providing market and industry perspectives to complement research insights and inform recommendations.
  • Managing research projects to be on time, on budget, and provide learning.
  • Combining internal sources such as dashboards, data warehouse, and internal reports with external sources such as syndicated research, third party platforms, and vendor partners to tell a complete story of the market place.
  • Managing projects with cross functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization.

You’re able to translate numbers into narratives and tailor presentations and recommendations to the function and level of the audience. You understand the bigger picture and set the research in that context to provide comprehensive business-savvy recommendations. You are a trusted business partner and enjoy working with cross functional teams to deliver the best outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, market research and consumer insights.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Managed complex marketing research/consumer insights projects with internal and external partners.
  • Designed, implemented, and interpreted studies and analysis of syndicated and custom data
  • Designed and implemented focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
  • Delivered custom presentations, made recommendations, and advised senior leaders on critical business decisions.
  • Created and delivered compelling tailored presentations.
  • Experience using IBM SPSS software.
  • Experience using PowerPoint with data visualization tools for reporting, like Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
