What you’ll be doing...

As a Fraud Epic Content Lead, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of strategic, operational and efficiency system enhancements to detect and reduce overall fraud exposure while delivering a great customer experience. The position is also responsible for the intake of ideas, assessing the completeness of submissions, the tracking of backlog ideas (including identifying those that are ready for review by the prioritization board based on the current needs of the business), developing user stories, leading value team grooming of user stories with the business, coordinating with IT CAM for core grooming sessions, and addressing questions or requests from IT and ensuring user stories are implemented per the agreed upon schedule. Other responsibilities include:

  • Drive execution of system enhancements from idea intake to close including project coordination, communication, and collaboration among cross-functional core team.
  • Intake ideas from Fraud Process, Strategy, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Development or final review of user stories, including submission and maintenance in JIRA software.
  • Facilitate coordination and support resolution of cross-project concerns and dependencies.
  • Serve as business point of contact for Enforce IT questions and concerns related to Epic.
  • Preparing communications regarding new or changed processes for multiple stakeholders.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Even better if you have:

  • Three or more years of experience working in Finance Operations or Fraud.
  • An MBA or Master’s Degree.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Project Management and Agile Experience.
  • Experience in JIRA platform, including tracking and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Fraud policies and procedures.
  • Skill in translating business needs into requirements and user stories.
  • Proficiency in management multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical development resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to tailor the approach according to the audience’s needs.
  • Ability to make business impacting decisions, while thinking holistically in how decisions may impact the overall organization, customers, and end-to-end users.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
