What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a dynamic leader who is motivated and results-oriented, strategic and well-organized. As the Senior Digital Personalization Manager of GTS Digital Sales, you will help develop, execute and evaluate eCommerce personalization strategy to drive sales, and support growth initiatives for Verizon Digital. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Operations, Marketing, Social Media, Email, Content, Merchandising, Creative, Inventory and Customer Service to help manage the eCommerce business. A successful candidate is a true leader with excellent team building capabilities, analytical, highly detail-oriented, possesses an eye for digital UX, and is able to build strong cross-functional relationships while working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This exposure is reflective of the importance in the Company learning to better adapt and personalize its consumer experiences to deepen relationships and create love of the Verizon brand. This role will have a key hand in realizing that vision.

  • Work in tandem with integrated marketing team on Omni-channel marketing initiatives and launch plans.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the digital eCommerce team, guiding and encouraging team members to quickly adapt, improve, and achieve goals.
  • Further develop and evaluate KPIs, keeping leadership aware of analytics and data summaries.
  • Help provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the success of the digital marketing strategy.
  • Support Performance Marketing efforts, profitably acquiring new customers through digital advertising, SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, social media, external partnerships and other direct marketing programs.
  • Drive optimization for site experience alongside the eCommerce team, improving conversion rates and driving sales.
  • Explore adding new, relevant technologies to help drive consumer experience including website optimization and personalization.
  • Understand our Operating Principles; make them the rules for how you carry out your responsibility.
  • Own the client experience-think and act in manners that put our clients first, give them consistent computerized alternatives at each touchpoint, and make them advertisers of Digital adoption.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degreein computer science or computer engineering, Business Administration.
  • Experience in Adobe Test & Target.
  • Experience in leading Digital Applications.
  • Experience in AI products like Evolve.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, organized, detail-oriented, team player and solution-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills, proven ability to consume and understand data, work with analytics to get to clear results and optimizations.
  • Excellent in promoting collaboration and driving teamwork across all levels of a business.
