What you’ll be doing...

  • Managing search area issuance, candidate assessment, and approvals.
  • Partnering with System Performance to improve various network KPIs.
  • Using internal tools to process regulatory compliance.
  • Working on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance.
  • Performing Macro/Small Cell/Special Eventsdesign, including antenna selection and placement.
  • Using knowledge of 5G, LTE, CDMA 1x, EVDO and microwave to contribute to network design.
  • Working with Site Acquisition, Transport, and Network Assurance teams to build out and improve network.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of work experience or related RF coursework/training.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong technical capabilities as well as excellent PC skills including MS and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to provide course work that included Signals and Systems, Programming, or Wireless Communications.
  • Programming foundation (Application development, web interfaces, databases, VB Scripting, Excel Macros).
  • Data Analytical Skills.
  • Knowledge of GIS packages.
