What you’ll be doing...

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead self-serve, support, and customer base engagement for the 5G home broadband service offering. Your work will play a critical part in building the foundation for this emerging and highly strategic offering as it grows in scale and will help Verizon drive unmatched digital customer experience. Other responsibilities include:

  • Representing the Digital Operations business imperatives surrounding 5G Home.
  • Setting the strategic direction for the digital self service, support, and base engagement capabilities for 5G Home.
  • Ensuring alignment of owned, internal and external program statuses, roadmaps, and planning to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing operations on our digital and application properties.
  • Actively partnering & managing relationships with key stakeholders in consumer marketing, design, product, CX, customer service & IT organizations across the business to drive growth of KPI's.
  • Communicating performance results, trends, and program status to leadership.
  • Proactively informing optimizations and modifications through test cases, voice of the customer, and qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Establishing, driving, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) which establishing accountability for results achieved and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Identifying initiative roadblocks and resolving and escalating as needed.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.

Even better if you have:

  • MBA, or relevant master’s degree.
  • Experience in digital product marketing, project management and analytics, online advertising, e-commerce, digital data exchange, and customer service knowledge.
  • Experience preparing reports, developing business cases, and delivering executive level presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualization, creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and maintaining accountability for major business initiatives in a highly matrix organization.
  • Ability to negotiate, collaborate, and build consensus in a results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
