What you’ll be doing...

Your focus will be on our Wireless Business to help ensure that the sales team is running smoothly and executing its strategy to the fullest. You’ll analyze current results, revenue, P&L, historical sales performance, trends or anomalies. You’ll be helping us create performance dashboards that measure how well we’re doing against goals and making recommendations about what we can do better.

  • Identifying strengths and opportunities in sales performance.
  • Building models to assess pipeline trends, productivity and performance.
  • Providing data support and insightful reporting on metrics and analytics.
  • Shaping business decisions to drive improved performance and results.
  • Translating business plans into performance goals.

What we’re looking for...

You’re highly analytical and have an eye for detail and accuracy. Making sense of quantitative data is a real strength of yours and you manage to synthesize complex information into easily understood insights. People look to you to solve problems and dig deep into issues. You trust your own judgment and can clearly communicate your recommendations. You’re a team player but can also work independently. You can handle tight timelines and you know how to prioritize to get the most important stuff done first.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Analyzed quantitative data and written reports. Ideally, sales information for business accounts and sellers.
  • Prepared presentations and visual data displays for sales key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

At least 5+ yearsSQLexperience, preferably with advanced hands-on PL/SQLknowledge

Experience with multipleRDBMsi.e. Oracle,Informix,Postgres,Teradata,SQLServer, etc

At least 7+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony with a focus on B2B or business enterprise customer management

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the creation of data models that will support algorithms of AI/ML deployments

Experience with predictive analysis and regression models to identify areas of process improvement

Shell scripting is desired but not required

Experience withSalesforce'sEinstein Analytics and Einstein Discovery for opportunity and leadCRM

Hands-on experience with the software developmentlifecycleusing waterfall and Agile methodologies

3+ years SQL experience

Ability to perform transformations on largedatasetsfrom multiple platforms to drive business answers

A minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, i.e. IBM Information Server (CognosReporting/Framework Manager), Tableau, Arcadia Data, Looker,Qlik, etc.

Ability to work autonomously with little guidance to drive business needs through data analysis
