The Finance Organization

Large Enterprise Sales FP&A Team

Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers. The Business Unit facing positions offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while growing your FP&A leadership and interpersonal skills. You are considered a business partner and your contributions will make a difference. You’ll think outside the box and bring a fresh analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Passion for growth and learning. Strong individual contributor with top notch team collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to independently and proactively initiate projects and analysis.
  • Design, analyze, review and automate analysis for Sales FP&A utilizing Business Group applications;
  • coordinate with the business and IT for data source requirements.
  • Develop in-depth analysis of business performance and recommend action plans including customer life
  • cycle (sale to provisioning to billing) and sales performance.
  • Design, develop, maintain and communicate visual dashboards.
  • Design and develop ad-hoc analysis based on business requirement needs.
  • Identify and use appropriate data and analytical approaches to interpret and verify results.
  • Develop and analyze economic drivers of the business client (e.g. new versus renewals, customer churn, write downs, etc.).

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite withproven focus on Excel and Access.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
  • A professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, FP&A).
  • Experience in data presentation (Qlik, Tableau, Excel Dashboarding).
  • SQL experience.
  • Experience with Business Group Applications (SFDC, GCH, FRR, VESDW, Pipeline BI, SPA)
  • Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to question processes and design; propose and implement alternatives.
  • Knowledge of common business drivers, sales performance analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
  • Ability to self-discover, run with an idea.
  • Agility, flexibility, and positive attitude needed to thrive in an environment of significant change.
  • Strong business analytical skills.
  • Communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
