What you’ll be doing...

The Training Manager is responsible for the leadership & management of trainers in multiple countries to deliver product training to new (onboarding) & existing customers on the Reveal & Fleet product platforms.

Main functions of this job include the management of trainers to organize onsite & online sessions, deliver virtual training, run webinars & document all tasks in Saleforce CRM. Other duties include training & onboarding complex customers, working closely with Product & developing effective operating processes to enable continuous improvement in KPI performance & trainer productivity.

This position requires the ability to explain technical complexities of our product features effectively & to a broad audience. Strong communication, good networking & interpersonal skills are essential.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in German and English.
  • Strong training experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Software training experience.
