What you’ll be doing...

Our business thrives because of positive customer experiences and you’ll help ensure that our supply chain systems and processes operate efficiently to meet our vendor and customer needs. You will manage and support multiple, inter-related system interfaces and functions and work closely with internal client groups to understand present and future supply chain business needs. A good portion of your day will be spent resolving issues that business super users were unable to resolve and will facilitate both short and long term system solutions to their challenges.

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support supply chain system solutions.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements and process flow charts.
  • Developing functional specifications.
  • Ensuring end to end systems solutions meet the needs of the business.
  • Identifying root causes to issues and implementing and testing solutions to fix the problems.
  • Bridging the communication gap between technical and non-technical project staff to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and expected results.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Performing day to day business process monitoring of order fulfillment process for Wireline & wireless direct fulfillment processes
  • Performing day to day business process monitoring of nSAP sales and distribution process.
  • Tracking and reporting success metrics for wSAP DFILL / nSAP Order fulfillment process and their impact on key supply chain KPIs.
  • Monitoring and cleanup of order create and order change Idoc periodically to minimize the order commitment fallouts.
  • Monitoring order Direct fulfillment and wireline order life cycle - > cleansing the fallout.
  • Performing initial analysis for all fallout´s and creating defects to track all errors to resolution.
  • Prioritizing key activities based on complexity and customer impact.
  • Working with IT partners on development/ prioritization and implementation of solutions.
  • Planning and performing testing strategy to test the fixes before deployment into production.
  • Identifying process improvements to minimize manual effort/ fallout´s.
  • Developing play books for order to cash process for business process stabilization.
  • Leading testing and defect management for indirect channel and nSAP order fulfillment process (production defects, Epic project SAP testing & Regression testing). Conducting thorough testing to minimize risks and exposures to the business and our customers.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Business application support experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of supply chain business processes, sourcing, procurement or supplier management experience
  • Basic SQL report writing skills.
  • System training and end user testing experience
  • Strong Access and Visio skills.

In addition:

  • Experience with various supply chain processes/ systems preferably in telecom, high tech, or other large scale manufacturing or service industries.
  • Experience on SAP systems, supporting supply chain processes in production including, order creating thru interfacing systems, Idoc monitoring and error analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes (preferably wireless order management / supply chain management).
  • Proven Project Management and Process Development expertise.
  • Demonstrated cross functional experience in use of project development life cycles or other structured project management methodologies in customer facing situations.
  • Proven development and delivery of executive communication via Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability at engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
  • Shows initiative, anticipates and prepares for upcoming situations, takes advantage of opportunities, acts quickly and decisively, addresses issues before they become problems.
