What you’ll be doing...

The Client Manager will lead strategic and performance Initiatives. Act as single point of contact and decision maker for Verizon concerning a National Retail Partner

  • Design a strategy to leverage their distribution to drive sales, build a business plan then negotiate and execute contracts
  • Responsible for managing the contract between Verizon, vendors and retailer to ensure compliance to the contacts and to identify opportunities within the contracts
  • Develop and manage compensation structure to ensure it achieves performance results profitably
  • Develop and lead core teams of both internal and external parties to monitor and improve sales, drive customer experience, close process gaps, facilitate launches, handle merchandising changes, and increase profitability
  • Create, manage and execute sales initiatives, marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for National Retail Partner
  • Own, facilitate and reconcile all elements of accounting, budgeting, billing, collections, payments, inventory and compliance
  • Develop and launch training initiatives from new hire to custom continuous education
  • Work with the operations team to develop, manage and execute merchandising strategy as it relates to promotion, service and new launches
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis on sales and KPI performance including analysis of sales initiatives and promotion performance

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Retail experience or related knowledge of wireless industry.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent decision-making, leadership and negotiation skills.

Even better if you have:

  • Retail operations and or merchandising experience.
  • Possess problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create sophisticated design solutions to complex problems.
  • Act as a team player with high spirit and determination.
  • Results oriented and deadline driven.
  • Strong Presentation Skills; both senior management and cross functional teams.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
