What you’ll be doing...

  • Scoping and / or developing project plans for large scale projects
  • Background in implementing new programs upon inception
  • Working with cross functional teams to ensure proper communication
  • Creating a centralized approach for our distribution strategy associated to store builds, relocations, store closures and new growth opportunities for our agent channel
  • Learning new systems that evaluate distribution opportunities and creating efficiencies to new processes
  • Main point of contact for agents and field leadership on a national level
  • Ability to bring cross functional teams together to collaborate & refine current processes
  • Provide support to solve a wide range of issues/problems
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure attendance and ownership of actions
  • Create new long term strategies to enhance Customer Experience
  • Enhance Omni-channel solutions to bridge any gaps within retail and indirect
  • Look for new ways to interact with customers within our agent channel
  • Develop project roadmaps and provide accurate timelines and expectations to senior leaders
  • Examine analytics to ensure current methods make sense for distribution strategy
  • Present on project progress and outcomes to an audience of directors and above

What we’re looking for...

  • Employee should be well versed in the retail and or wireless industry, have experience identifying trends in data, translating for various audiences including senior leadership.
  • Excellent experience in project management overseeing large scope projects, standing up new programs, interfacing with cross functional teams, examining data to reinforce decisions. Need to be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and creating presentations for leadership.
  • Proven track record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget.
  • Need ability to identify gaps, build strong relationships with cross functional teams and examine new ways of doing things that ultimately benefit the customer.
  • BA/BS Degree with 6 years related experience
