We are currently hiring for Endpoint Security Consultants to join our Professional Services team supporting accounts and projects across the globe.

As an Endpoint Security Consultant you will:

  • Triage inbound support cases
  • Solve and coordinate resolution of Tier 1 & 2 cases independently or with the help of teammates
  • Identify and rapidly assign tier 3 support cases to the appropriate channels
  • Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts
  • Work with Technical Account Managers on strategic customer activities
  • Contribute to and track activity, after action, root cause and daily status reports
  • Document best practices and Play Book entries
  • Work closely with appropriate teams on improving Endpoint Security operational status within key accounts
  • Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff
  • Maintaining the team’s Knowledge Base.
  • Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Establish, tune, and adhere to performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date on new features and technologies.
  • Provide proactive support to the client.
  • Participate to an on call duty rotation

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or other relevant degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
  • 2+ years of endpoint security experience required, 3+ preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to articulate and communicate
  • Broad knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in one or more of the following:
    • Endpoint Security
    • Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting
    • Incident response
    • Systems Management
    • Systems Administration
    • Software Engineering
    • Utility Scripting (e.g. bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc.)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Ability to break a problem down into manageable, ordered piece parts
  • Ability to convey problem statement and plan of attack to others
  • Good communications skills (English).

Even better if you have:

  • Hands-on Cylance/Tanium experience a major plus
  • Three or more years of analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excels in ticket management, ensures that SLAs and OLAs are met
  • ITIL certification.
