What you’ll be doing...

We are looking to hire Avaya Contact Center Engineer for the OMNI Voice channel team.. This role requires you to work with Avaya Contact Center Engineers, Voice Service team that support the Avaya ACDs, Business users and contact center end-users (agents, supervisors) to focus on designing, implementing and support of robust contact center solutions.

  • Design, implement and support large Avaya call routing and contact center applications. Participate in the design, setup, configuration and support of complex Avaya Aura platform.
  • Provide level 1 (tier) on-call support, troubleshoot production issues related to call routing and offer guidance to resolve business-impacting issues.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Avaya Contact Center, Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya CMS: Avaya AES, Agent Desktop Applications, Avaya System Manager, Session Manager.
  • Experience working with CTI interfaces like Genesys & ICM Peripheral Gateways.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software alarms, patching of Avaya provided software Server Security.
  • Proficient with resolving technical issues, problem solver with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and communicate on support calls.
  • Willingness to travel.
