What you’ll be doing...


The position will be responsible for leading expansion of Vendor Managed, Consigned or Co-Located programs that cover spend of over eight billion dollarannually.

Supplier Program Development

  • Design, implement and manage strategic supplier programs focused on simplifying processes and reducing inventory carrying costs for Hardware and Software.
  • Lead efforts to ensure commercial agreements are completed to support strategic programs.
  • Partner with Network and Sourcing to develop SOWs for Supply Chain and installation services.
  • Develop project cost modeling and business case inputs.
  • Benchmark existing BAU service deliverables against new program service deliverables.
  • Program manage the VMI lever of Network Transformation objective and responsible for implementation of 2018-2020 plans.

Supplier Management

  • Build and manage relationships with our key material and services suppliers to further strategic initiatives.
  • Develop key strategic supplier performance management KPIs to ensure suppliers meet or exceed their deliverables to the Network organization.
  • Ensure supplier operational readiness for program launch and expansion.

Communication and Engagement

  • Collaborate and drive internal process standardization.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of transformative programs.
  • Lead communication and change management activities associated with new programs.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure current and future needs are met and maintain a working knowledge of supply chain, systems, material and install suppliers and best practices.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four of more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or in a relevant field.
  • Transformational discipline, communication effectiveness and exceptional program management skill sets.
  • End-to-end Supply Chain experience with demonstrated ability to manage inventory improvement initiatives with a focus on turnkey services.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively with multiple clients and projects, tight deadlines and take actions using
  • Self-directed management skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning Systems, PeopleSoft, CATS (Fulcrum), COFFEE, Tableau.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of output.
  • Ability to apply data analytic techniques to pinpoint opportunities and design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with contracts and sourcing agreements.
  • Network programs experience (Core, Access, Transport) and vast knowledge of Network processes and best practices.
