Verizon won the global race to be first-to-market delivering 5G services to customers earlier this year. Now we are building on that success and bringing services to our international Enterprise customer base.

The opportunity is to be a part of a highly-skilled sales and marketing team leading the drive to 5G. You will help our largest Enterprise customers understand how they can use this new technology to advantage their businesses, enable innovation and improve their go-to-market.

You will be part of the sales team responsible for developing opportunities and working on progressing nominated customers independently or as part of a larger bid team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against a sales target for customers deploying 5G solutions.
  • Be responsible for the development of a sales geography.
  • Work as part of a team with (international) client account teams and 3rd party partners through the sales process.
  • Work with multiple product and solutions teams across the business necessary to execute a complex sale.
  • Act as the customer’s interface for i5G.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree
  • A vision for 5G and the benefit it enables.
  • Ability to explain use-cases and business deliverables that can be realized from Private networks; 3G, 4G, LTE and 5G; Wi-Fi, Li-Fi and other access technologies; MPLS, SDN and Networking Virtualization.
  • Knowledge of Private LTE and 5G, mmWave, global Spectrum considerations, small cells and the impact on coverage, indoor use and footprint; network slicing, beamforming and DAS.
  • Experience selling solutions, with an underlying competence in networking technologies.
  • Telco experience and working in large organizations with matrix-managed global teams.
  • Ability to earn respect, trust and engagement at CxO levels and throughout the customer organization.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies into relevant business deliverables.
  • Knowledge on how to win business with emerging solutions/technologies
  • Ability to be a part of cross-functional, international teams.
  • Strong presentation skills for both small and large audiences; good written skills and proposal generation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
