What you’ll be doing...

This position will serve as a Senior Manager for Governance Risk and Compliance Consulting and Advisory Services for large outsourced deals. This position requires security and management experience as well as a strong understanding of the large corporate security programs. As Manager for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) for large corporate security programs, you will be responsible for managing GRC.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of the GRC operating model and a service-oriented customer engagement model and support the operationalization of various GRC capability areas such as enterprise security risk management, compliance management, policy management, third party risk management, and metrics and reporting, as client looks to mature these areas.
  • Leading the operationalization of security compliance programs to support various compliance regulations that Client needs to comply with and lead a team of security risk assessment specialists who focus on performing risk assessments that address security threats, changes to systems and/or applications, process improvement initiatives, supplier assessments (including downstream outsourcers) and other requests from the business.
  • Working with various operational teams across multiple clients to drive towards a cohesive view of security risk and drive remediation items to closure. You will maintain accurate reporting of remediation activities to bring appropriate visibility to stakeholders and their leadership regarding their open items.
  • Act as security management "ambassador" to both internal and external customers. Provide guidance and leadership to other risk management team members.
  • In managing engagements, you must PS delivery presales engagements, oversee delivery teams, and manage all aspects of PS delivery Key performance indicators. These KPIs include revenue, sales bookings, and utilization targets for overall team performance. The role will be also responsible for mentoring and leadership for the team.
  • Travel requirements can exceed 25% and direct utilization will be maintained at 30% for the year.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in security/governance, risk and compliance and/or information security and management.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Ten or more years of experience working in security/governance, risk and compliance and/or information security and management.
  • Leading industry security certifications.
  • Strong knowledge surrounding security arena.
