The analyst will support internal and external customers in defining reporting requirements and generating reports (both ad-hoc and recurring) to meet the operational needs of the business utilizing our BI solutions. This person will be responsible for analyzing data currency, accuracy, and relevance and ensuring data integrity of reports from various data sources. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for the evaluation of data and presentation of results with a focus on identification of trends to aid the organization in driving improvements to the overall business processes. Key elements for success are experience and comfort with complex numbers, attention to detail, excellent data analysis skills, the ability to understand and capture business requirements, and the ability to create and run reports.


  • Build, update and continually refine a series of dashboards and reporting to provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly view of functional performance against a standard set of metrics and KPIs.
  • Create new reports by gathering requirements from key stakeholders and collaborating with other team members to determine optimal data sources and formats.
  • Manage processes governing quality assurance across all reports to ensure accuracy and maintain consistency between source data and reporting.
  • Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, and produce data samples/prototypes.
  • Promote department involvement with new systems and processes, including new initiatives, report distribution methods and reporting tools.
  • Perform data mining, reporting detailed analysis of data collected from a variety of areas that will include, but not be limited to, call center volume forecasting, call center volume analysis, call center quality performance, and logistics.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and gather requirements for the development and refinement of reporting to expand visibility and performance trending.
  • Develop and deliver assigned projects on or before due dates with laser focused emphasis on accuracy.
  • Evaluate and recommend ideas and process improvements related to reporting and data storage.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administrationor relevant work experience.
  • Experience in reporting and data analytics. Demonstrated experience in management level communications and interactions.
  • Strong experience with business and technical analysis.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Three or more years of experience in reporting and data analytics. Experience with management level communications and interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer support or success organizations.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and statistical interpretation of quantitative data.
  • Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced, constantly changing, self-directed, and team-based environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong organizational/follow-up skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Project, Excel, Word, VISIO and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge with OBIEE, call center operations and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving, team work, adaptability and decision making.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
