Responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Leading a team of Sales Partners for the company in driving sales and the acquisition of new business.
  • Ensuring that Sales Partners meet all productivity and performance objectives set forth by sales leadership.
  • Planning and prioritizing activity and sales pipeline for all team members to achieve goals with an emphasis on team management, productivity and accurate forecasting.
  • Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of all solutions offered and awareness of the competition (e.g., market share, pricing, services offered).
  • Assigning performance objectives to align with team’s productivity and provide one-on-one coaching and consistent training to Sales Partners.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members. Training, coaching, and managing all team members on performance.
  • Meeting regularly with team members either individually or in groups to provide feedback, coaching, and direction for daily sales activities.
  • Directing the presentation of the company’s solutions through web demonstrations and occasionally visits at prospects’ locations.
  • Partnering with prospects and sales partners to develop a business case for our solution and present the potential return on investment. Following-up on proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  • Communicating with other departments in collaborative efforts.
  • Training, coaching, and managing Sales Partners on performance.
  • Completing all required documentation and reporting including call and meeting activity, forecasting and bids and proposals within assigned territory.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a sales mentoring and/or office leadership role.
  • Fluency in German.

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • The ability to positively impact the performance and results of others on a team and/or in an office.
  • Previous experience managing sales representatives.
  • Demonstrated history of strong achievement, self-motivation, excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills either.
  • Experience in cold calling on small on SMB companies, directly to owners and other key executive decision makers.
  • Experience in selling a variety of products and ability to quickly close sales.
  • Ability to quickly identify and target best-selling opportunities in a specified fleet range.
  • Ability to articulate customer needs and demands, while providing valuable input regarding competition and consumer requirements.
  • Experience in computer and presentation skills (navigating multiple web pages and effectively browsing for key information).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, CRM as well as the ability to effectively demo all products, both in the field and online within parameters.
  • Experience in leadership skills within peer group or previous management experience.
