What you’ll be doing...

The Product Manager/Project Lead is a key stakeholder for delivering a transformative customer experience. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to create innovative and exciting solutions with a sense of urgency. This role will be highly visible, acting as the ambassador for the B2C & SMB experience internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries regarding market trials.

This role is responsible for introducing new tools, best practices and automated solution to drive product quality, customer experience, faster to market and cost savings. You will need to provide lead project management support for consumer based projects. Frequent facilitation of team meetings to include tracking and managing action items to meet client deliverables as well as distributing regular status reports to stakeholders. The product manager will need to build strong communication channels with client and internal departments (e.g., sales, solutions, and service) as well as develop project plans that include resource, time, and budget estimates for all project phases and milestones for internal and external parties. Responsible for providing support to solve a wide range of complex issues/problems and managing marketing priorities and programs to ensure alignment with broader marketing and organization launches. The product manager will manage user testing deliverables; provide road map and market trial framework. Define and manage project activities, deliverables; Identify and manage project resource needs and staffing process. You will act as a liaison between technology team, customers and subject matter experts to establish requirements and determine user needs, while working on multiple projects at the same time.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research, Engineering Management or related field.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Gantt charts (Microsoft project, smart sheet, or comparable experience)
  • Product management experience.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
