What you’ll be doing...

You are responsible for inventory tracking and auditing for field wireless equipment, functions include field support and Cellsite, CG audits, projected forecasts along with replenishment spares demand to care for Cell and Spares locations. Audit functions will also be performed in the field, as well as vendor audits. A great deal of critical thinking, task completion, and process review must be accomplished along the way.

You require a great deal of detail as well as the ability to look at the broader picture. You must have the ability to prioritize tasks, think sequentially, have a sense of urgency, and consider network support as the ultimate goal. You also require a considerable level of teamwork as well as the ability to operate independently. Excellent correspondence, both written and verbal, will be required. Interaction with inventory warehouse, as well as with project teams and suppliers. You are responsible for meeting all key performance indicators across multiple regions and states

  • Assist supply chain projects to continually improve the business performance, customer experience, and/or reduce expenses.
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding distribution center operations.
  • Send out weekly reports on inventory status.
  • Provide guidance to ensure efficient distribution operations and adherence to policies, procedures, and process.
  • Ensure the protection and accuracy of inventory by adhering to all inventory control processes and procedure.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance of all EHS policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • CATS or SAP inventory tracking program experience.
  • Statistical and data analysis experience.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel 26-50% for vendor support.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Business or related field.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six-Sigma knowledge or certification.
  • Experience leading projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and process design skills.
  • Ability to independently organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Ability to interact with vendors’ suppliers and business leaders to ensure key performance indicators.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding all inventory matters in your region.
  • Experience in reviewing large inventory data dumps.
