What you’ll be doing...

As the Finance Manager – Digital Transformation, you will play a key role in improving the business through business partnering, while growing your FP&A leadership and interpersonal skills. This position requires interpreting large amounts of data from a variety of internal and external sources, relating data and results to financial performance from a historical and a forward looking perspective, understanding business and operational processes and how they help or hinder business and financial excellence, and recommending solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in processes and data.

A primary function of the role is to partner with other members of the team and the client organization to design and drive solutions that will help standardize and automate internal processes and client processes to drive digital transformation in a very real manner for the CMO FP&A team. This role is strategic in nature and requires seasoned Managers, who can lead, independently execute, interact with clients and partner (internal and external) teams across the organization with minimal ongoing guidance in day to day affairs.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, quickly, must be willing to take initiative, ask questions, challenge status quo, recommend solutions and stakeholder, be an advocate of a best in class future for FP&A and our partners, internal and external.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics or Technology.
  • Analytical ability and ability to structure business cases around a high-level strategic vision.
  • Strong strategic skills, with the ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes, along with the ability to imagine transformational solutions for the team.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.
  • Experience leading large and complex team projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, ETL, and other tools
  • Experience or familiarity with Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance.
