What you’ll be doing...

This position will join the Governance & Transformation team supporting the entire Global Technology Services organization to drive efficiencies, speed and innovation. This role requires working collaboratively across the enterprise with diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams to perform program/project management and support implementation of performance management systems and metrics. This requires attention to detail, an understanding of processes, and the ability to deliver timely and accurate results in a fast-paced, changing environment. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and balance competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills are required, including experience with executive communications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program/project management support on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from a technology perspective
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure timely GTS M&A activity coordination, risk identification, issue resolution, and dependency identification
  • Support definition and reporting of effective metrics and balanced scorecards to show the value of GTS and execution against our strategic goals
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications, including VP level updates
  • Support enterprise wide projects that provide proactive and innovative solutions to address business challenges and achieve organizational goals

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of in managing programs/projects and/or performance management scorecards.
  • Experience with program/project management methodology and a track record of achieving results and meeting deadlines.

  • Organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability assimilate information, identify and address issues, assess and recommend solutions, and lead implementation of management decisions.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse, virtual teams and demonstrate independent thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills, including experience with executive communications.
  • Strong facilitator and lead cross-functional team meetings to resolve issues and drive alignment.
