What you’ll be doing...

The Process Excellence and Innovation (PE&I) Capability Senior Manager will support our core deliverable of delivering training and support around our Body of Knowledge (BoK) areas. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading as cross functional team of resources including but is not limited to Agile, Design Thinking and Lean, Six Sigma, Strategy, Red Teaming, Quality Management Systems, Project Management, Balanced Scorecard / Strategy Map, and Business Process Management. The role is to drive Transformation awareness, mindset, and capability, to facilitate and deliver training in the context of cost transformation, and evangelize adoption across the enterprise with goals to deliver business results.

  • Lead the local PE&I CoE team.
  • Build relationships with the local business leaders and support their efforts to transform the business.
  • Manage the team to deliver training from the core PE&I BoK and teach candidates at all levels in multiple PE&I disciplines.
  • Facilitate ‘Capability Building Missions’ where the intent is to transfer knowledge while facilitating business transformation activities and workshops.
  • Manage mission and opportunity requests.
  • Be responsible for the update of training materials or participate in the preparation and maintenance of training materials and other relevant collateral.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to learners pursuing PE&I certification or badging.
  • Provide guidance as a resource to teams implementing transformational projects that will provide business benefits.
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key, process focused objectives.
  • Support the maintenance excellent training materials for all training classes offered.
  • Willingness to train and become proficient in at least one additional key BoK area.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to deliver training and facilitate capability missions.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • One or more of the following certification(s):SAFE (Agile), Agile Coach, Master Black Belt, Lean Sensei, PMP, or other relevant transformation skill.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas; Agile, Design Thinking and Lean, Six Sigma, Strategy, Red Teaming, Quality Management Systems, Project Management, Balanced Scorecard / Strategy Map, and Business Process Management concepts, practices and tools, and the capability of articulating the fusion of such practices.
  • Strong leadership and project management experience blended with several years of practical experience, resulting in proven success in driving change within large, complex organizations.
  • Experience working with all levels of an organization (VPs to Project Manager).
  • Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities, both oral and written.
  • Excellent facilitation skills in the practice(s) of conducting workshops, kaizens, and / or Work-Outs.
  • Ability to drive superior business outcomes.
