What you’ll be doing...

You will provide the sales organization with information, content, and tools that help them sell more effectively. You will be responsible for driving sales productivity by identifying areas of improvement, using data and facts to guide decision making, and enabling representatives to execute more effectively. You will also be removing any barriers that might block the sales funnel and inhibit a seamless selling process. Your team depends on you to guide them towards optimal sales opportunities and to help them monitor their success and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Creating reports and dashboards and training users on optimizing Salesforce.
  • Maintaining and assuring the accuracy of data over the entire sales funnel life-cycle.
  • Working closely with leadership to build plans that drive sales results.
  • Increasing productivity per sales person while headcount is growing.
  • Facilitating lead management and distribution.
  • Auditing compliance and maintain consistency.
  • Spearheading change programs locally with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
  • Using gamification to increase productivity and sharing creative ideas and with peers.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field.
  • Experience with analytics beyond the academic setting (e.g., internships, consulting labs).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of service applications for collaboration and work management platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing relationships with sales professionals and working in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications and/or G Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in work.
  • Database management experience, including advanced computer skills in Salesforce, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau, SPSS, SQL, VBA, or Teradata.
  • A desire to provide key business insights based on multiple data sources.
  • Ability to proactively identify what and how the business should be tracking and evaluating.
  • Comfort working alongside sales people and challenging sales behaviors.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and foster professional relationships.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A strong goal orientation with a drive to succeed.
  • The ability to perform effectively when outside of one’s comfort zone.
  • The ability to perform well independently or as part of a team.
