This position is responsible for leading the customer growth strategy including promotion evaluation, product sales, local brand identity, and competitive response execution for the Great Lakes market. Develop and execute marketing strategy for all segments and geography within the market including campaigns, events, digital/social and experiential marketing. Understand consumer trends & behaviors, products, pricing models and promotional levers to effectively compete and win in a dynamic industry.
Drive marketing programming that yields market share gains, port ratios and builds revenue through connections and products. Influence HQ strategy and direction through in depth understanding of market position and trending. Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and directing promotional support. Lead a team to deliver transformational results in customer acquisition and retention. Develop talent management practices that build the skills of the consumer marketing team to become leaders in acquisition and retention.
The ideal candidate for this role in a results-driven leader accountable for consumer advertising and messaging strategies that drive traffic yielding sales and revenue growth, GTM, Acquisition, Loyalty & Retention. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in marketing pricing, promotions, marketing communications and grassroots engagement. The position will have responsibility for delivering bottom line results and a best-in-class customer experience.
