What you’ll be doing...

To provide 1st and 2nd Line IT desktop support to the Business. This entails the effective administration, maintenance and support of User’s Desktop, Laptop, Thin client and hardware, software, Virtual Machine issues and associated peripherals, in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities towards Infrastructure:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and desktop hardware.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for Printers, Fax, Desktop, Laptop, Thin client and computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
