What you’ll be doing...

Perceptual and analytical thinking, interpersonal communication and strong leadership and project management skills. Superior customer care skills, interpersonal communications and excellent oral, written, typing and telephone skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills . Helpdesk consultants assist internal employees of Verizon and assist them swiftly and efficiently with their applications or tools issues. The quicker resolution improves the productivity of the employees who call up Helpdesk for assistance with their issues with their systems

What we’re looking for...

Minimum education, Associates, BA/BS Mandate degree or equivalent work experience and 1.5 to 3 years technical help desk experience and a minimum of one year experience in data processing help desk environment
